We decorated train cookies with M&Ms and colored sprinkles. Some of us just ate the M&Ms (yes Pasha, I'm looking at you!)
Ms Julie made Pasha a train out of veggies!
And Susan's Sweet at CV made him a train cake!

Dima didn't get any cake, but he had fun eating bananas with Papa
Balloons and presents galore.

Life is not so good

Here is the water heater where the pipe broke and sprayed water for 5 hours, flooding the basement. Notice the hole in the sheetrock above the busted pipe-indicating the amount of pressure in the spray. When I found it, I called the fire department because we couldn't get to the 'off' lever with all the water spraying out. Of course, firemen at our house made Pasha's day!

The carpet is completely saturated. When you stand on it your foot is covered in water. Notice the Very Brave and Curious Kitty in the lower left of the picture!
As of last night the basement was under control thanks to Steve's Plumbing and 1800 water damage! It will be about a week before it's dry.-but nothing important was damaged.

Life is good

How many laptops can one family fit on the kitchen table? Dima and Mama's computers are not pictured here.....
